The Texas Longhorn is a naturally lean animal that when combined with a grass only diet grows into a product that not only tastes great but is good for you. Grass fed longhorn is lower in fat and cholesterol while being higher in omega 3 and CLA (known to reduce the risk of cancer), higher in beta carotene, vitamin E and B.
We do not use hormones, steroids or antibiotics in our beef. We won’t eat it and you shouldn’t have to.
